Refund and Exchange Policy
Dogharnessuk provides a 30-day warranty (from the date of delivery) on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit your return request to support@dogharnessuk.com.
Refunds
Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange (please see partial refunds).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping (the shipping cost incurred to deliver the product to you) will be deducted from your refund. This fee is calculated as 10% of the order price.
- Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging (see partial refunds).
- Missing Items: Refunds will not be provided for complaints of "missing items" if those items are not listed as included in the purchase description.

Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- This process may take up to 7 business days after the product arrives back at our facility.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Incorrect Address Provided
- Replacement: If you wish to receive the product, an additional shipping fee will be invoiced.
- Refund: If you request a refund, 10% of the order price (original shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.
- Unclaimed Products: If the product is returned to our warehouse because it was not received, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
Defective Items
If your product is defective and stops working within the 30-day warranty period:
- You must send a photo or video of the defect for us to issue a full refund and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Failure to provide photo or video proof will disqualify you from receiving a prepaid label, and your refund will be subject to partial refund conditions.
Important Refund Factors
- Unopened Items: Products returned in unopened boxes will be refunded 100% of the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
- Opened Items: Products returned in opened boxes (whether used or not) will be refunded 80% of the purchase amount due to restocking costs (excluding shipping costs).

Partial Refunds or Rejections: Refunds may be reduced or rejected if:
- The item is not in its original condition or packaging.
- The item is damaged (e.g., scratches, wreckage) or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The original packaging is damaged (e.g., taped, written on, or with labels applied).
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Rejected items will be discarded unless you pay the return shipping fee to have them sent back to you.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- A 30% exchange fee, based on the product's sale price, applies (e.g., for a $100 product, the fee is $30).
- You will receive an invoice for the exchange fee. Once paid, a new product will be shipped within 7 days.
- You may keep or discard the originally received product.
- No exchange fee applies if the mistake was ours (e.g., sending the wrong item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay.
- If you have done all of the above and still do not have your refund, contact us at support@dogharnessuk.com.
